The service is great. Everyone is pleasant. Very comfortable and relaxing. Massages are the best. Nail techs are wonderful, especially Sophia.

SO happy I gave this place a chance!! Needed a place to get nails done, stumbled upon this one, immediately googled reviews - almost scared me off! Don’t let the negative reviews fool you! While I’m sorry to the women who had a bad experience, I couldn’t be happier with the services I received. Sophia did a phenomenal job shaping my nails (and I’m a stickler for a sharp coffin shape). Christina gave me a fantastic shoulder massage, and the prices were beyond reasonable. Will definitely be back!

Someone at my job recommended this place. I went in for a manicure. What a horrible experience I had just to save a couple dollars. The nail polish was old and I had clumps on my nail. When I told the lady she said it was my nail. I never had an issue anywhere else. She told me to come back the next day so she can fix because she didn't have time. I'm a paying customer even if it's just a manicure. I will not return to get a manicure with old nail polish. Horrible service.

I really wanted to like this place but had a bad experience. Called to make an appointment for the day of but they didn’t have any availability which is fine, and they called back few minutes later saying something opened up so I went. But because timing was closer to closing the nail tech was rushing and seemed pretty upset that she had to work on my nails… which sucked, especially since I wanted something so basic (gel polish change hands and feet). Started getting cracks on my polish 4 days later. Should’ve just let me stick with my appointment for two days later. Side note, unless you’re getting a mani/pedi they do not cut down or shape nails much

Had a good experience. Atmosphere was pleasant. Clean facility. Showed photo of what I wanted with some changes and everything she did was what I wanted.
